We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our fast-growing Sales team in the US. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization, contribute directly to growth, and be part of a global team collaborating with cross-functional teams around the world.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close, helping mid-market retail clients realize Zenkraft's value.
  • Qualify and engage prospects, tailoring outreach to vertical-specific pain points and use cases
  • Proactively generate new pipeline through outbound outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, events), in addition to working inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with global AEs and Sales Engineers, working cross-functionally to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct platform walkthroughs, lead product demos and business cases to drive urgency and advance deals.
  • Be the customer advocate, Act as a voice of the market internally, providing insights on prospect needs, objections, and competitive dynamics to shape product development and the customer experience.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of outbound-focused sales experience, ideally in a SaaS environment, with a proven ability to generate and close net-new business through proactive prospecting.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn) and achieving self-sourced pipeline goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in SaaS, preferably in logistics, delivery, or eCommerce enablement platforms.
  • Strong track record of closing deals, particularly in high-volume sales environments.
  • Team-oriented mindset, driven to win collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to move conversations in a mutually beneficial direction.
  • Curiosity and coachability, with the drive to grow in a fast-paced, constantly evolving market.

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $130,000-$160,000 OTE annually. The salary range is determined by experience, seniority, and additional factors.
