We’re looking for a Product Manager to shape the core workflows used by adjusters, supervisors, and admins across mobile, web, and browser platforms. Your mission is to make Hi Marley intuitive, efficient, and delightful by helping adjusters take the next best action on the right claim at the right time while giving supervisors and admins the tools to empower their teams. If you thrive at the intersection of customer needs, technology, and design and bring experience with AI/GenAI solutions, you’ll have a direct impact on how millions of policyholders experience insurance. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Heavily influences the Adjuster Experience: Drive the roadmap and execution for core workflows that make adjusters more productive, clarify the next best action, and enhance policyholder delight.
  • Support Supervisors & Admins: Deliver intuitive management tools for templates, surveys, and notifications to help teams scale efficiently.
  • Multi-Platform Delivery: Ensure experiences are cohesive, reliable, and delightful across mobile, web, and browser extension.
  • AI-Powered Productivity: Leverage GenAI solutions to reduce manual effort, summarize key actions, and improve adjuster and policyholder experiences.
  • Customer Engagement: Speak directly with customers and partners to understand pain points, validate solutions, and guide prioritization.
  • Execution & Delivery: Break down work for engineering teams, partner on execution, and lead QA across platforms—ensuring every change meets the high standards of adjusters and carriers.
  • Rollout & Change Management: Manage open/closed betas, drive adoption, and collaborate with Support on bug triage and resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with CSMs, Account Managers, and Support teams to maintain a strong pulse on customer needs and translate insights into actionable roadmaps. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably in B2B or B2B2C settings.
  • Consistently demonstrate strong QA practices, attention to detail, and accountability for delivering high-quality, reliable user experiences.
  • Experience with multi-platform solutions (web, mobile, browser extension).
  • Write clear, detailed product requirements and partner with engineering on ticket creation, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate tradeoffs, synthesize complexity, and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Define and track success metrics, partnering with analytics to measure feature adoption and iterate based on data.
  • Familiarity with structured rollout practices (closed/open betas, phased launches, change management).
  • Proven ability to partner across Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Enablement teams to bring new features to market, drive adoption, and ensure successful outcomes for customers.
  • Stay current on AI and GenAI trends and partner with engineering and design to experiment with new capabilities that can unlock value for adjusters and policyholders.
  • Insurance or fintech SaaS experience is a plus but not required. 

Compensation, Benefits & Perks:  
At Hi Marley, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The annual base salary for this role is expected to fall within the range of [$123,000–$168,000], depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Offers are determined based on these factors as well as internal peer equity. It’s most common for new hires to start near the midpoint of the range, allowing room for growth as employees develop in their role.
