About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced product manager to lead development of core product features that clinicians rely on every day. Your mission will be to prioritize, design, and ship solutions that reduce their admin burden with the power of AI. This is a high-impact role, with the opportunity to expand beyond documentation and address other pain points in clinician workflows.

How You’ll Have Impact:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features - from discovery through execution

  • Find deep insights from data and clinician research to inform priorities and requirements

  • Translate clinician needs into elegant, practical, and simple product solutions

  • Partner with engineering, design, and analytics to build and refine features clinicians love

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years PM experience with a strong track record of shipping impactful features in fast-paced environments

  • Strong product sense, with an ability to define intuitive and effective user experiences

  • Experience running customer discovery and translating insights into product requirements

  • Comfort working with data to evaluate impact and guide iteration

  • Proven success collaborating closely with engineering, design, and GTM team

  • Experience in healthcare, AI, or other high-stakes product environments

Compensation Range: $170K - $200K
