Position & Company Overview

ReSupply is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape and deliver the technology that will reinvent and forever change the supply chain of charitable contributions in the U.S., helping turn household goods into emergency relief for those in need. If you're excited about building products that solve meaningful problems while making a tangible social impact, we'd love to talk to you.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Product Manager to define, prioritize, and deliver improvements across ReSupply's overall platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding complex customer and business needs, connecting the dots across different parts of a product, and turning ambiguous problems into simple, scalable solutions.

You'll help shape the product roadmap, lead discovery and requirements gathering, and take ownership of platform initiatives from concept through launch and iteration. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Data to improve the experiences and workflows that power ReSupply's business. Because you'll be working across the platform, you'll have the opportunity to understand how different parts of our technology, customers, and operations fit together and help build a product that scales with the company.

Our small, tight-knit team is seeking a candidate who will work closely with us at our Downtown Boston headquarters. We do our best work when we can innovate together in an open, collaborative environment. Our culture is built on thinking disruptively, obsessing over adding value, and supporting one another as we strive to Make Giving Simple – and have fun doing it!
