Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver projects on time and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining regular communication, status reporting, and escalation management. Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, engineering, QA, vendors) to ensure alignment and remove impediments. Manage change control, track dependencies, and ensure acceptance criteria are met for project deliverables. Track financials and budgets, forecast resource needs, and report on cost variances and benefits realization. Establish and maintain project documentation: plans, schedules, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), meeting minutes, and lessons learned.
