Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver projects on time and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining regular communication, status reporting, and escalation management. Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, engineering, QA, vendors) to ensure alignment and remove impediments. Manage change control, track dependencies, and ensure acceptance criteria are met for project deliverables.
