We are looking for an Enablement Program Manager to support a fast growing services business line. In this role you will help field, vendor, and operations teams build the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to consistently acquire, grow, and retain high quality supply. Working closely with enterprise operations and services supply leadership, you will design and deliver onboarding, upskilling, and content programs that keep field teams performing at their best. This is a highly cross functional role where you will partner with global services leaders and functional stakeholders to drive multiple initiatives that move the business forward.
What You'll Do- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area and translate it into a prioritized backlog the team can execute against.
- Write clear product requirements and frame problems in terms of user and business value.
- Make thoughtful tradeoffs between scope, speed, and quality.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to guide features from discovery through launch.
- Measure impact after launch and iterate based on what the data tells you.
- Use quantitative and qualitative inputs, including experimentation and analytics, to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.
- Keep a wide set of stakeholders aligned by communicating status, risks, and results in a way that builds trust.
- Four or more years of product management experience shipping consumer or platform products at scale.
- A track record of owning a product area independently, setting a roadmap, and delivering measurable outcomes rather than just features.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure to loosely defined problems.
- Fluency working with data and partnering effectively with analysts and engineers.
- Ability to use experimentation and metrics to guide decisions.
- Clear communication and the ability to influence without authority across engineering, design, and business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an online marketplace, two-sided platform, or consumer technology product.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of matching supply and demand at scale.
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests and working directly in analytics tools such as SQL, Amplitude, or similar.
- Prior work in a high-growth technology environment with significant scale, cross-functional complexity, and shifting priorities.
