What You'll Do
- Define and manage roadmaps that connect strategic objectives with clear priorities, rollout phases, and delivery timelines.
- Translate business needs, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback into clear requirements, success criteria, and measurable key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, User Experience, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to build, launch, and iterate on scalable, customer-first experiences.
- Use data, experimentation, and business monitoring to evaluate performance, measure the health of our offerings, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Own processes for monitoring and measuring performance, turning complex data into strategic insights that inform priorities and decisions.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and maintain alignment as priorities and requirements evolve.
- Support agile development by prioritizing backlogs, refining requirements as new information emerges, and helping teams deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay current on Sportsbook industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate future needs and inform long-term strategy.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's Degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training, with at least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, or a related field.
- An understanding of the Sportsbook industry and an interest in the data, technology, and decision-making that power sports experiences.
- An analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving, with proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying databases.
- Experience with Tableau or another data visualization tool and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating across Engineering, Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience guiding initiatives from requirements and prioritization through launch and iteration.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment while bringing structure to ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve.
