The Crown Is Yours
As a Lead Product Designer, you'll drive the design vision and execution for one of our most impactful platform product areas, shaping shared capabilities and experiences that scale across teams. In this strategic role, you'll work across teams and disciplines to define long-term product direction, lead complex design efforts, and create reusable patterns and systems that support high-quality execution at scale. You'll elevate the quality of our work through influence, feedback, and systems thinking while mentoring others and delivering exceptional design yourself. This is an opportunity to own meaningful outcomes, guide the craft across teams, and push the boundaries of what great product design looks like.
What You'll Do
  • Lead design for complex product surfaces, platform capabilities, or strategic initiatives with broad business and cross-team impact, balancing multiple workstreams at once if needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Research, Analytics, Operations, and partner product teams to shape vision and define strategy.
  • Bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces by structuring actionable design approaches for complex workflows, shared systems, and scalable experiences.
  • Deliver high-quality design from concept through execution that balances user needs with business goals.
  • Guide teams in applying and evolving design system patterns, platform standards, and reusable interaction models for consistency and scalability.
  • Influence product and design direction through storytelling, framing, and strategic critique.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to understand technical constraints, dependencies, and implementation tradeoffs that shape scalable platform experiences.
  • Set quality standards, provide detailed design feedback, and elevate the work of peers and junior designers.
  • Mentor other designers and help grow the culture, craft, and impact of the broader design organization.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • At least 6 years of experience designing digital products, with a proven track record leading large-scale, platform, or high-impact initiatives.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product design, systems thinking, scalable solutions, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep fluency in interaction design, product thinking, systems thinking, and the use of design systems.
  • Experience shaping product strategy and influencing roadmap planning in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience designing shared platforms, internal tools, enterprise workflows, or products that serve multiple user groups or downstream teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure in complex or undefined problem spaces.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills that align and inspire stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching designers while contributing to team culture and craft excellence.
