Position Summary
Lead strategy and execution for customer-facing reporting capabilities that enable customers to access, analyze, and act on critical business data. You will define the product vision and roadmap, prioritize investments, and partner cross-functionally to deliver intuitive, scalable reporting tools — including next-generation AI-driven experiences that surface insights and automate common analysis workflows.

About the Team
The reporting team owns a portfolio of customer-facing reporting products that provide on-demand access, scheduled delivery, and programmatic interfaces to business-critical data. The team partners with UX, engineering, analytics, and product operations to modernize reporting surfaces, improve time-to-insight, and deliver reliable, governed data products that help practices make data-driven decisions.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and roadmap for next‑generation reporting capabilities, prioritizing customer value and measurable business outcomes.

  • Translate customer and business needs into clear epics and user stories (including UX/CX and support requirements) and prioritize the product backlog.

  • Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and product operations to design, build, test, and ship high‑quality reporting solutions.

  • Work across diverse technologies and data platforms (warehouse, reporting, and integration layers) to support both established and new reporting products.

  • Establish and monitor success metrics (adoption, latency, accuracy, business impact) to evaluate product performance and guide iteration.

  • Evolve product management practices with an AI-first approach: run research and prototyping, integrate AI/ML features responsibly, coordinate stakeholders, and operationalize monitoring and maintenance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer needs, usage patterns, and market trends to inform prioritization and business cases.

  • Manage vendor relationships and integrations that support the reporting platform and delivery pipeline.

  • Ensure alignment between platform reporting capabilities and domain product roadmaps to avoid duplication and enable reuse.

  • Keep current on reporting, analytics, and product management best practices; share learnings and scale successful patterns across teams.

Expected Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years product management experience, ideally focused on data, analytics, or reporting products.

  • Experience with data/analytics technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Sigma, Oracle) or similar modern data stacks.

  • Demonstrated success delivering customer-facing analytics products in Agile environments.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product capabilities and practical experience applying them in analytics or reporting is preferred.

  • Healthcare revenue cycle or health IT experience is a plus.

Expected Compensation

$121,000 - $207,000
