Overview

C-4 Analytics is evolving into an AI-forward company by transforming the systems that power our business and building new capabilities for the future.

This role sits at the center of that transformation.

We’re hiring a Product Manager to own and evolve the core platforms that drive C-4 Analytics, improving how they work today while embedding AI and automation to unlock measurable business impact.

This is a high-leverage role. You’ll work across complex systems, real constraints, and cross-functional teams to make the business run better, faster, and more intelligently.

If you’ve taken messy, real-world systems and made them work, this is your role.
**Note**

  • Top candidates may be considered for either Product Manager role we have posted based on strengths and experience.
  • At C-4 Analytics, ideas proven in new product development are scaled and operationalized across our core systems—connecting both roles as part of a unified product strategy.
What You’ll Own
  • Own roadmap and execution across our core platforms
  • Improve system performance, usability, and reliability across teams
  • Identify and implement AI/automation where it drives real, measurable impact
  • Translate business problems into clear product direction and shipped solutions
  • Partner closely with engineering, analytics, client services, and operations
  • Define and track success using KPIs tied to business outcomes (efficiency, performance, revenue impact)
  • Reduce operational friction by improving how systems connect and behave
What Success Looks Like
  • Systems are easier to use, more reliable, and more impactful
  • Teams move faster with less manual work
  • AI is embedded where it matters, not bolted on
  • Clear ownership and measurable improvement across product areas
What You BringProduct & Systems Thinking
  • 4+ years of product management experience owning real systems (not just features)
  • Strong ability to operate within constraints and improve complex environments
  • Track record of driving outcomes and not just delivering tasks
Execution & Ownership
  • You follow things through end-to-end
  • You proactively communicate and align stakeholders
  • You can prioritize effectively in messy, real-world environments
Analytical & Business Orientation
  • Comfortable defining and tracking KPIs
  • Use data to inform decisions and measure impact
AI as a Lever
  • Experience applying AI/automation in practical ways
  • Understand where AI creates value—and where it doesn’t
Nice to Have
  • Experience in martech, adtech, or data-heavy platforms
  • Exposure to dealership, retail, or marketplace environments
