Job Description

You enjoy shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers, guiding successful launches, and exceeding expectations. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.

As a Product Manager in Consumer & Community Banking Finance, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you lead the development and delivery of a trusted, governed, AI-ready Knowledge Management capability. You transform institutional knowledge into a reusable Finance Context Layer—a structured, AI-consumable foundation of business rules, process guidance, operational knowledge, and historical decision context that enables Finance employees, copilots, and autonomous agents to access the right information at the right time. You set product vision, drive the Knowledge Management roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes across the five strategic pillars of Knowledge Discovery, Curation, Governance, Delivery, and Intelligence.
