Job Description

Position Summary:

As Global Product Manager for assigned Independent Cart Technology (ICT) products, you will manage products throughout their lifecycle. From vision and execution to roadmap definition, feature prioritization, and external communication, you will shape the future of these solutions and help grow a loyal internal and external customer base. You will lead product strategy and execution from concept through delivery, working with teams across sales, marketing, finance, legal, support, product development, engineering, and partner companies. This individual contributor role includes indirect leadership of a broader team and functionally reports to the Independent Cart Technology (ICT) Global Business Manager.

We are looking for a product manager passionate about growing the Independent Cart Technology (ICT) business in a maturing market and supporting its transformation. You have a strong understanding of industrial automation machine design, Independent Cart Technology (ICT), Motion Control, emerging technologies, and market trends.

What Motion Control Does:

To stay ahead in today's business environment, companies need faster ways to design, develop, and deliver advanced machines that meet customer goals. Our Motion Control software simplifies machine design, integration, and system debugging while accelerating time to market.

We offer servo drives, servo motors, and actuators that simplify machine design, increase system flexibility, and improve performance. We also provide a new linear motor approach that uses magnets instead of gears, chains, and belts to deliver precise motion control with frictionless propulsion. This reduces downtime and maintenance, lowers energy consumption, and improves the ability to change machine profiles.

Your Responsibilities:

Functional

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning and new product development through launch, support, discontinuation, and migration planning.
  • Drive Independent Cart Technology (ICT) adoption and channel strategy to grow the customer base for assigned products.
