We are looking for a Product Manager (FTC -12 Months) passionate about nutrition to work alongside our Product Team that includes Innovation, Regulatory and Project Managers. An exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing product-led brand with innovation at its core. As Product Manager you will own the delivery of products from idea to shelf and through their lifecycle in an FMCG food environment. Working cross-functionally, the role turns consumer and market insight into well executed products, supporting innovation and renovation to deliver commercial and brand objectives.

How you will contribute
For the protein bar product category
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, renovation and delist
  • Develop & maintain the product pipeline, including innovation, renovation & delists
  • Build business cases for NPD
  • Build robust product concept briefs from consumer, category and customer insights
  • Evaluate, validate & optimize concepts
  • Execution of products: innovation, renovations, delist decisions, pack changes, recipe changes, productivity
  • Work closely with marketing leads during development to ensure correct positioning
  • Support marketing leads on launch and go-to-market plans
  • Support commercial team execution to maximize distribution, shelf space and visibility
  • Support customer presentations with clear product stories and commercial rationale
  • Identify and implement product/pack optimisation
  • As a focal point of product, communication/cross-functional collaboration across departments is key to role
  • Drive product projects you lead, acting as bridge between marketing, commercial, category, supply chain, & finance
  • Work closely with Innovation Manager on development and product testing
  • Define and drive recipe & packaging improvements where necessary
  • Collaborate with brand and creative on packaging and positioning
  • Deliver creative & marketing briefs on product concept
  • Work closely with marketing and brand leads to refine and align on product messaging and key callouts
