The Impact You Will Have in This Role: 

The Product Manager Director for Digital Asset Solutions is accountable for translating the product delivery vision, mission, and strategy into clear delivery roadmap and working across product, technology teams to deliver that roadmap. This role guides cross-functional squads in defining and achieving Objectives and Key Results, aligns business and technology delivery, and maintains hands-on accountability for execution across the organization’s book of work. The role coordinates priorities, roadmaps, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure business and enterprise commitments are delivered effectively. 

As a Product Manager Director, you will help turn strategy into execution by aligning cross-functional teams around shared outcomes, removing roadblocks, and maintaining clear accountability for delivery. You will connect business priorities, product roadmaps, technology execution, risk management, and talent to improve delivery predictability, strengthen collaboration, and create sustainable value for clients and the organization. 

 Your Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Translate digital assets solutions priorities into an integrated delivery roadmap, aligning sequencing, scope, capacity, funding, and expected outcomes across squads.
  • Maintain hands-on accountability for end-to-end execution of the delivery organization’s commitments, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed business case outcomes.
  • Synchronize priorities with Product Managers, Product Owners, Technology leaders, architects, and functional partners to create clarity and alignment across squads.
  • Coordinate dependencies with enterprise partners; proactively remove roadblocks and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Own delivery of governance and operating rhythms, including quarterly planning and review cycles, progress reporting, decision forums, roadmap reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor delivery of health, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, capacity, and performance indicators; drive timely mitigation and course correction.
  • Foster a strong risk management culture by ensuring delivery processes identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate operational, technology, regulatory, legal, and business risks.
  • Partner with Product Management to support client-centric delivery, incorporating client and stakeholder feedback into priorities, roadmaps, demonstrations, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage senior stakeholder expectations through transparent, concise, and fact-based updates on priorities, progress, trade-offs, risks, and decisions required.
  • Build a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement; coach squad members and partner with functional managers to strengthen capabilities and team effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of related experience in business delivery, product delivery, program leadership, transformation, financial services, technology, or market infrastructure, with increasing scope and accountability.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional delivery across multiple teams, workstreams, or squads in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience translating strategy into objectives, roadmaps, delivery plans, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of product and technology delivery practices, including prioritization, capacity planning, dependency management, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to maintain hands-on oversight of execution while balancing strategic priorities, near-term commitments, and changing business needs.
  • Financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, business cases, investment priorities, and delivery performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly to senior leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
