As a Product Manager within Aumni, you will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to create customer-centric product experiences. Your role will involve working with a product team responsible for the development of customer-facing products and internal systems that support data operations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in shaping product strategy and developing roadmaps in conjunction with the product leadership team.

Job responsibilities
- Support the collection of user research and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on product features
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the product development life cycle
- Write the requirements and user stories to support product development
- Work with design partners and product managers to plan and execute on discovery efforts
- Create documentation and presentations that communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Marketing to ensure successful launches
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 1+ year of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience in applying agile development methodologies
- A customer-centric mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of common design tools like Figma and the ability to communicate low fidelity ideas using them
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with the venture capital or financial industry and its ecosystem
- Experience with outcome-driven innovation and jobs to be done framework
