Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-powered network observability solutions within Broadcom NetOps. This role will focus on leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance network visibility, automate anomaly detection, and provide actionable insights for our customers. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered network observability solutions.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.

Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

Product Development and Execution:

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.

Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

AI and Machine Learning Integration:

Drive the integration of AI and machine learning capabilities into our network observability platform.

Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement AI models for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and predictive analytics.

Ensure that AI-driven insights are presented in a clear and actionable manner for our customers.

Customer Engagement and Advocacy:

Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their needs.

Serve as a product evangelist, presenting product demos and providing technical expertise to customers and internal stakeholders.

Work with marketing and sales teams to develop product messaging and go-to-market strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Work with UX designers to create intuitive and useful user interfaces.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

12+ years of product management experience, preferably in the network observability or IT operations domain.

Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application to network monitoring and analysis.
-
Experience with network protocols, technologies, and monitoring tools.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Experience with cloud based technologies and SaaS product delivery.

Experience with Network performance Monitoring and Diagnostics (NPMD) solutions.

Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.

Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and microservices architectures.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Experience in the networking industry.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $127,000 - $203,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
