The Experience

This role is responsible for guiding the future of Medtech on the Agentforce Life Sciences Platform from concept to successful delivery and market leadership with a focus on strategy & roadmap, Go to Market and Customer Engagement.  A highly cross-functional role that requires a candidate who enjoys navigating ambiguity, working in a fast paced startup like environment, aligning exec collaborations, collaborating with teams across time-zones and thinking globally.   This individual will work with executive customer and partner stakeholders.  

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Strategy & Roadmap

    • Contribute to & build a vision, roadmap and strategy for the Medtech Agentforce Life Sciences and evangelize it with our customers, partners and employees

    • Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define product roadmap

    • Synthesize the needs across medtech customers to build common components that can act as multiplier across different Industries.

  • Go to Market

    • Develop and implement a medtech go-to-market strategy & plan in collaboration with: marketing, sales, sales enablement, alliances, sales support and product teams

    • Develop and curate sales enablement assets including presentations, videos, demos, solution maps, white papers, data sheets, etc.

    • Collaborate with SI and ISV teams to build solutions to drive incremental pipe and ACV

    • Perform the role of champion to promote, enable and evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers.

    • Deliver thought leadership for industry products

  • Customer engagement

    • Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.

    • Present product and roadmap to customer executives.

    • Drive customer executive engagements

You’re Our Person If.. 

  • High energy and passion for the job

  • 10+ years experience working with or in Medtech with a strong understanding of the commercial functions

  • Experience selling, implementing, or managing Life Sciences commercial software applications. This role requires strong technical acumen

  • Experience working with teams internationally, and in matrix teams 

  • Travel - 25-50%

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.

  • Humility and grace under pressure

  • MBA preferred
