About the Role

We are looking for a student or recent grad who is passionate about Blockchain Product Development and Design! This role will work closely with our Product Managers, and Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document product requirements for blockchain-based features and applications

  • Conduct comprehensive market research on competitive web3 products, user needs, and emerging blockchain trends to inform product decisions

  • Execute detailed product teardowns to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our blockchain offerings

  • Assist engineering teams in scoping technical architecture for web3 solutions, including blockchain integration points, smart contract requirements, and decentralized infrastructure needs

  • Synthesize user feedback into actionable insights, helping prioritize feature development and optimization efforts

  • Support the creation and refinement of product roadmaps, including feature prioritization and resource planning

  • Assist in developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for development teams

  • Help manage project timelines and coordinate cross-functional communication between stakeholders

  • Create clear, compelling product documentation and presentation materials for internal and external use​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Basic Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • Demonstrated understanding of blockchain technologies, web3 concepts, and decentralized applications

  • Fundamental knowledge of technical product design, development, and strategy

  • Experience with product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, user stories, product roadmapping)

  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand smart contract functionality and blockchain architecture concepts

  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation

  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

  • Experience with data analysis and ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some technical background is preferred

  • Previous experience or coursework in blockchain development, cryptocurrency projects, or web3 applications highly desirable​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Additional Notes

  • Internship type: This is a paid internship. Hours are flexible and will depend on Intern's availability, and compensation will depend on level of academic and professional experience.

  • Location: Central/Eastern time zones are ideal, but Pacific/Mountain will be considered
