This role requires deep understanding of the professionals we serve, their workflows, and the opportunities to create differentiated value through products, platforms, and experiences. The Director combines customer insight, product judgment, experimentation, and product telemetry to guide investment decisions and improve outcomes.

The Director leads adoption of AI-enabled ways of working and the Agentic Product Development Life Cycle across their domain while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and domain experts.

Success in this role will be measured by customer value creation, product adoption, business outcomes, product quality, and the ability to strengthen both the products and teams within their area of responsibility.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:

Help teams identify assumptions, evaluate tradeoffs, and adjust direction as new evidence emerges.

Build Valuable Products: Own the strategy, priorities, commercial performance, and outcomes for Health Research ensuring investments, roadmaps, and teams align to a common direction and measurable outcomes. Ensure teams validate customer value, competitive differentiation, and willingness to pay before scaling investment, then use adoption, usage, retention, expansion, and financial performance to improve results after launch. Partner with relevant functions on commercialization, forecasts, and corrective action when outcomes fall short. Scale AI-enabled ways of working and Agentic PDLC practices across the domain.

Lead Across Boundaries: Align Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, domain experts, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance around shared outcomes. Resolve cross-team dependencies, create clarity on priorities and ownership, and build alignment across stakeholders.

Grow People & Capability: Raise the bar for customer understanding, product judgment, experimentation, product craft, and AI-enabled practice across the domain. Coach Product Managers where applicable, share learning across teams, and improve the practices, standards, and capabilities that help teams deliver stronger outcomes.
