The Product Line Management Intern will support the core functions of the Merchandising and Product Line Management team throughout the full product creation and go‑to‑market process. This role offers hands‑on exposure to how products are developed, positioned, and launched, while providing the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to both day‑to‑day initiatives and a final project.
Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandising and Product Line Management team across the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from early concept through market launch
- Assist with seasonal line planning, assortment building, and go‑to‑market preparation
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams such as Design, Product Development, Marketing, and Operations to support key milestones
- Help prepare internal presentations, product briefs, and supporting materials for meetings and reviews
- Conduct research and analysis to support product, category, and market insights
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Product Management, Business (with concentration in Marketing or Strategy), Sports Management, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field
- Genuine passion for product creation, performance footwear, and brand positioning
- Strong interest in consumer behavior, sport, training, and performance culture
- Ability to understand and relate to distinct consumer groups (e.g., hybrid athletes, runners, training enthusiasts)
