Part-time sales associate for a temporary pop-up in Boston Seaport. Provide excellent customer service, drive sales, maintain merchandising and stock, communicate product features, support local marketing and community events, and represent the NOBULL brand and values. Role requires evening and weekend availability and runs through January 2027.

Develops and executes copy for integrated campaigns, product launches, CRM, paid media, social, web, eCommerce, and brand initiatives. Partners with creative, marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to shape messaging, evolve brand voice, and deliver consumer-focused storytelling. Owns projects from concept through execution, provides feedback and QA, and manages multiple priorities while maintaining high creative standards.

Manage eCommerce site operations, including catalog maintenance, product merchandising, content scheduling, promotions, launches, translations, and site optimization. Lead cross-functional planning with merchandising, marketing, creative, product, and site experience teams. Oversee operational workflows, Shopify and NetSuite coordination, vendor updates, SEO collaboration, consumer experience improvements, and weekly eCommerce Scrum meetings.

Manage day-to-day affiliate marketing campaigns using Impact, including budgeting, optimization, asset delivery, reporting, and partner communication. Drive performance by analyzing data to scale high-performing partners, optimize spend for traffic, revenue and ROAS, and coordinate with an affiliate agency while staying current on industry trends.
