It all started with an idea at Block in 2013. Initially built to take the pain out of peer-to-peer payments, Cash App has gone from a simple product with a single purpose to a dynamic ecosystem, developing unique financial products, including Afterpay/Clearpay, to provide a better way to send, spend, invest, borrow and save to our 50+ million monthly active customers. We want to redefine the world's relationship with money to make it more relatable, instantly available, and universally accessible.
Today, Cash App has thousands of employees working globally across office and remote locations, with a culture geared toward innovation, collaboration and impact. We've been a distributed team since day one, and many of our roles can be done remotely from the countries where Cash App operates. No matter the location, we tailor our experience to ensure our employees are creative, productive, and happy.
The Role
We are seeking a Go-to-Market Platform Product Lead to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the technology stack that powers our sales, marketing, partnerships, and account management organizations. You will be responsible for aligning business needs with scalable, integrated systems and processes-enabling our GTM teams to operate more efficiently, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and accelerate revenue growth.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and cross-functional leadership. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to deliver a world-class GTM technology ecosystem.
Our product leaders are customer-obsessed, collaborate intensely with other key disciplines, and always make decisions with an eye towards Block's business as a whole. Successful product leaders are ambitious and resourceful - willing to go the extra mile to empower our teams and deliver value to our customers.
You Will
  • Define vision & strategy: Own the roadmap for GTM Platform across CRM, marketing automation, customer success platforms, partner tools, and related integrations.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to translate business needs into scalable product requirements.
  • Execution & delivery: Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of GTM Platform, ensuring high adoption and measurable impact on productivity and revenue.
  • Process optimization: Standardize GTM workflows (lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-cash, customer lifecycle tracking) to enable visibility and efficiency.
  • Data & insights: Ensure systems provide accurate, reliable data for reporting, forecasting, and business insights.
  • Vendor management: Evaluate, select, and manage third-party solutions and integrations within the GTM tech stack.
  • Change management: Drive system adoption through clear communication, training, and continuous stakeholder engagement.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, operations, and engineering/IT teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

You Have
  • 7+ years of product management, systems/product ownership, or GTM operations experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
  • Proven track record owning GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Gainsight, Outreach, Gong, CPQ tools, data enrichment solutions).
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes including pipeline management, territory planning, lead management, customer success, and renewals.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across executive and operational teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building business cases and measuring ROI for systems investments.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action.

Why Join Us
  • As our Go-to-Market Platform Product Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the infrastructure that powers our growth. This is an opportunity to combine systems expertise, product leadership, and business acumen to deliver outsized impact across the company.

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
