We’re looking for our first Product Marketing leader to define how we position, launch, and grow AllSpice’s products. You'll shape our brand voice, craft compelling narratives, and create content that inspires electrical engineering leaders and the broader hardware community.

What you’ll do

Product development and strategy

  • Define and own AllSpice's product positioning and messaging to establish a clear, differentiated market voice.

  • Shape product direction by driving user research and distilling insights into actionable strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape and industry trends to guide messaging and campaign ideas.

  • Lead the content strategy, delivering high-quality assets across written, visual, and video formats that elevate brand authority.

  • Influence roadmap decisions by partnering with Product to align market needs with company priorities.

Product launch

  • Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with prospects and customers.

  • Own launch narratives, driving internal and external messaging, website copy, and sales collateral.

  • Partner with GTM teams to deliver impactful launch assets including demos, release blogs, videos, and technical guides.

  • Create sales enablement materials that highlight AllSpice’s value.

Adoption and engagement

  • Lead training sessions that help the GTM team pitch new products effectively.

  • Continuously optimize messaging and collateral, ensuring materials evolve with customer needs and market dynamics

  • Create ongoing content including product newsletters, customer case studies, and conference presentations.

  • Establish thought leadership by shaping the industry conversation and amplifying AllSpice’s unique point of view

What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years in product marketing in startup or high-growth environment.

  • Technical background in hardware, electronics engineering or related field.

  • Experience with B2B enterprise, developer-centric products, marketing to technical buyers.

  • Proven ownership across strategy, launch, and adoption lifecycle.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including storytelling, positioning, and collateral creation.

  • Strong track record of publishing technical content that resonates with engineers.

  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value

  • Curiosity to learn, create, and propose new ideas.

  • Metrics-driven mindset with comfort defining and measuring success criteria.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and take full accountability.

Bonus skills
  • Deep familiarity with the industry’s workflows and pain points around development cycles, PCB/schematic design, and the challenges faced by hardware companies.

  • Experience using tools such as Allegro, OrCAD, Altium, KiCad, or similar ECAD tools.

  • Familiarity with Git workflows, commands, and clients, with experience using GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar platforms.
