We're looking for a Product Enablement Specialist to join our team and become the driving force behind the success of our highest-priority prospective customers. This high-impact role is focused on driving activation, adoption, and measurable value realization during EvenUp’s crucial 2-week competitive trials (bakeoffs). You will ensure every firm experiences our “WOW” moments – from AI Drafts to Case Companion – through structured onboarding, expert product configuration, and engagement coaching.
This is a critical, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Product and Sales. You'll operate with a data-driven mindset and strong process discipline to bridge Product Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams seamlessly. By ensuring high-quality trial setups and delivering confident, client-facing training, you will be directly responsible for accelerating the path to decision and solidifying the foundation for our firm’s long-term partnership with EvenUp.
What you'll do
Own Trial Readiness & Configuration: Create and configure firm environments pre-trial, including setting feature flags, user setup, and sandbox cases, and partnering with Product Ops to QA all setups before kickoff.
Lead Product Training & Enablement: Lead Day-1 kickoff and product walkthroughs for firm users (attorneys, paralegals, ops leads), translating complex AI features into practical, day-to-day use cases.
Drive Advanced Adoption: Deliver a mandatory Day-7 “Advanced Training” session and actively reinforce engagement with best-practice examples and targeted coaching on key features like AI Drafts and Case Companion.
Monitor & Coach Engagement: Track usage data daily to proactively identify engagement risks and inactive users, then re-engage firms through targeted email nudges, content, or 1:1 check-ins.
Manage Continuous Improvement: Log qualitative firm feedback, friction points, and feature requests, and contribute to the "Bakeoff Learnings Digest" with at least one process or training improvement monthly.
Ensure Operational Discipline: Adhere strictly to the 14-day trial cadence (Day 1 → Day 7 → Day 14), updating dashboards, preparing review decks, and owning the internal readiness checklist for every trial.

What we look for
Project Management Expertise: Strong, demonstrable project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes under tight deadlines.
Exceptional Communicator: Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to legal professionals and internal teams.
SaaS Onboarding Experience: Previous experience in a Product Enablement, Customer Success, or Sales Engineering role focused on customer onboarding and driving adoption in a B2B SaaS environment.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: An obsession with detail and the ability to monitor, track, and manage multiple parallel competitive trials simultaneously without error.
Data Fluency: Basic experience with data tracking and analytics, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and process quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: A natural ability to build relationships and seamlessly bridge communication between internal teams like Product Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.
