As a Product Director in the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO), you will lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you will leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that inspires cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.
The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) is seeking an Executive Director in Product Management to lead the Observability & AIOps team. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution for our Metrics, Observability, and AIOps initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Observability & AIOps, aligning with CDAO's overall objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build scalable and reliable observability and AIOps solutions.
  • Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and experimentation within the product team.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the product meets their needs and expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of shared services, including notifications and search.
  • Advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to guide the team in implementing best practices in observability and AIOps.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on observability, AIOps, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in observability tools, AIOps platforms, data modeling, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage up and drive consistent messaging across diverse portfolios.
  • Practical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with AIOps, utilizing artificial intelligence to enhance observability capabilities, automate monitoring processes, and improve system reliability.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Recognized thought leader within the observability and AIOps domain.
  • Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation at scale.
  • Strong network within the tech industry, with the ability to leverage external partnerships and collaborations.
