content. We are expanding into new directions: buildingB2C and B2B platforms for creators,
resellers, and e-commerce ecosystems, enhanced with gamification, loyalty, and
engagement mechanics.
We are looking for a Product Analyst who loves connecting data, business insights, and user
behavior to guide strategic decisions and drive product growth. This role is perfect for someone
who can see patterns in numbers, tell stories from data, and help shape products for millions of
users worldwide
We are seeking for a candidate who
- Has passion to craft user-facing products and run them on the broad audience;
- Loves technology (at least: knows how REST APIs work and familiar with interservice communication principles), and has prior gaming experience (highly desirable)
- Passionates to research to build up the whole picture, when its parts are missing or hidden. Able to speak in a business language.
- Can express their thoughts in plain English text, accompanied by images and slides, along with good verbal communication in English
- Enjoys building and compiling user journeys within B2B and B2C products, to analyzing them to find ways to optimize
- Loves working with data, especially to measure engagement and product metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU,Churn rate and others)
- Is a team player, who has little or no barrier in communication to other humans, computer or AI
- Has leadership skills to (occasionally) mentor others and is able to work multi-cultural and multi-language teams spread over five continents and across many time zones.
What to do (key responsibilities)
- Research over existing products and technological solutions to compile all requirements in together, understand and learn the missing pieces
- Communicate, gather information and keep track of it in documents, to make sure it can be understood,learned and used by others
- Integrate, document and propose product solutions and their parts
