Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure the sourcing strategy meets their needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationships and address any issues or disputes that may arise
  • Liaising with business stakeholders, procurement team and suppliers to ensure timely and successful completions of tasks and activities (related to RFx events, NDA management and contracting)
  • Manage resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning
  • Ensure consistent use of tools, templates, and best practices across engagements
  • Monitor and improve cycle times, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance in complex sourcing and contracting situations
  • Lead governance meetings, program reviews, and issue resolution processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years’ experience, experienced in working in a consulting or client-facing environment 
  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Procurement Specialist, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, procurement best practices, and supplier management
  • Experience in global delivery and managing cross-functional teams
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience leading large-scale sourcing or procurement transformation programs
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification will be a plus

Type of Role:  Remote

Salary Range:  $90k-$130k
