We have an excellent opportunity available for a Procurement Finance Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role lies within the East region (Poland, Middle East & Africa, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Russia). The East Region is the dynamic and ever evolving growth engine of Kraft Heinz. We are excellent in our delivery, and we always think about what's next. For this role we are looking for a creative thinker with a solid finance background.
You will be part of the WEEM Finance organization, and you will have the dual role of supporting the East Central Procurement Team and the Poland BU. This is a highly visible role within the Finance and Procurement Teams, and you will have the chance to make a difference in a highly receptive environment. You'll be reporting to the Head of Procurement Finance - East.
The position is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
What will be your responsibilities ?
To support at region level, East:
  • Coordinate and develop the procurement financial planning cycle for the East Region: lead strategic and operating plan, monthly forecasting and period close
  • Set the right reporting discipline and standards for East Procurement Function
  • Support Head of Procurement Finance East with preparation of monthly business reviews
  • Own and improve reporting cycle related to productivity, payment terms, commodity inflation and others
  • Audit Gross Savings KPI to monitor the savings list constantly, to keep it under control.
  • Serve as the "knowledge center" to onboard new people across BUs

To support Poland
  • Act as business partner for Poland/EE Head of Procurement and support Polish Finance Team with all procurement related queries
  • Lead Procurement Finance cycle for Poland BU
  • Lead presentations with Poland LT and commercial teams to provide visibility on the procurement cost and drive corrective actions
  • Timely assess Risks and Opportunities in the areas of procurement costs and productivity
  • Run analyses and propose recommendation to reduce costs and improve company performance

Competencies required
  • Strong stakeholders' management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast moving and complex environment
  • High degree of independence and ability to prioritize
  • Critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
  • Confidence in working with large databases

Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting or related fields
  • 3-5 years of overall finance or controlling
  • Experience in large FMCG or Manufacturing companies desired
  • Experience using ERP and business intelligence systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Polish is a plus
