Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz! Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a function within Global Business Excellence that links Category Management and Sales.
The role lies within global business excellence, with its office located in Amsterdam, and is reporting into the global RGM capability lead.
In brief, you take ownership of:
  • Support global RGM masters program to grow top global and category talent within Kraft Heinz.
  • Support activating RGM ownversity modules to train not only RGM and category but multi functions.
  • Support MBO tracking
  • Providing financial & analytical support that guides and support the local teams on building and implementing RGM strategies.
  • Supporting multiple revenue optimization projects.

Qualifications
  • Project management skills: This person should be able to project manage the tasks and internal/external stakeholders
  • A self-starter mindset- with the ability to work independently when required- interpret and exercise professional judgment- and solve problems creatively
  • Analytical know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mindset
  • Willingness to learn. You are quick and eager to pick up new skills and enjoy developing yourself in many areas.
  • You're curious- positive and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to work with the MS Office Package (especially power point and Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
