We’re looking for Processors to join our eBay team. 

You’ll report to the Operations Supervisor and work from our Ruislip, UK office.

What You’ll Do:

• Separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.

• Match, count, and check items.

• Enter items and print stickers.

• Sort all orders by return carrier service.

• Become an expert in eBay’s published card condition standards;

• Become an expert in eBay’s AG processing standards;

• Exercise discretion and exhibit sound judgment and decision-making when engaging with all parties internally and externally.

• Collaborates with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions for Quickbase ticket responses

• Provides accurate, valid, and complete information by using the department protocols to eBay’s customer service (GCX)

• Resolves queries by clarifying the customer’s issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

• Maintains Quickbase tickets by processing customer orders

• Continuously maintains a 2 day turnaround time on Quickbase responses 

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate lead/supervisor

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

• You are a reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• You have the ability to work in a team environment, including a willingness to wear multiple hats and help as needed.

• You will have at least 2 years of relevant customer relations experience

• You will have strong problem-solving skills

• You will have excellent communication skills

• You will have excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner

• Organized, detail oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills

• Thrives in a high-paced environment.

• Proficient in Google Sheets and Docs 

• Knowledgeable in Quickbase systems

Physical Requirements:

• Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting

• Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time

• Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks

• Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions

• Receiving and Inspecting Submissions: Ability to receive, and in some departments inspect, submissions. Ability to use a sharp blade and retrieve submissions from packaging

• Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Hourly Rate: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is £26,600. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
