You work as part of a cross-functional team to lead and deliver the activities required to complete productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.
You will be working on an exciting portfolio of brands in the US and Canada including Oreo, Ritz, Wheat Thins, Belvita and beyond.
How you will contribute
This role is responsible for evaluating productivity opportunities, designing solutions, and executing initiatives that improve the use of raw materials, reduce waste, and optimize Global Efficiency (GE) in our production processes.

Onsite position based in East Hanover, NJ.
The base salary range for this position is $73,900 to $101,650; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

How you will contribute
This role is responsible for evaluating productivity opportunities, designing solutions, and executing initiatives that improve the use of raw materials, reduce waste, and optimize Global Efficiency (GE) in our production processes.
- Support productivity projects that directly impact conversion efficiency by partnering with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to identify and validate opportunities.
- Conduct proof of principle and technical assessment on the idea and develop sustainable corrective actions.
- Use data and KPIs to track the impact of initiatives; ensure projects meet business case targets financially.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including charters, timelines, technical reports and post-launch reviews.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders on progress and escalations.
What you will bring

- Relevant engineering or food science experience, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, especially related to material conversion efficiency (e.g., yield, scrap, OEE).
- Excellent analytical skills: ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Project management experience Strong communication and influencing skills to work with both frontline and leadership.
- Working in teams and independently with appropriate guidance
- Prioritizing and managing activities
- Identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solution
- Communicating technical information effectively verbally and in writing
- Constantly championing for the consumer
