Citizens Private Wealth is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our growing Wealth Management team in Tampa, FL. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth/UHNW clients, working closely with Wealth Managers to deliver a personalized and exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for building and deepening client relationships, understanding clients' financial goals, and helping identify tailored solutions to support their long-term wealth management objectives.

As a strategic partner to the Wealth Management team, you will proactively uncover opportunities to strengthen client relationships, deliver sophisticated financial solutions, and contribute to the growth of the overall practice. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-centric environment and is passionate about helping clients achieve financial success.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Wealth Managers to deliver a high-touch, personalized experience for high-net-worth clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, expand assets under management, and drive growth through referrals and cross-functional partnership opportunities.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their evolving financial needs and objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted resource to clients by providing personalized service and coordinating wealth management solutions.
  • Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive guidance to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to the continued growth and success of the Wealth Management practice.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of Financial Services experience.
  • Strong relationship management, business development, and client service skills.
  • Active Series 7 and Series 63, 65, or 66 licenses required.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Location: Tampa, FL
