About the Role

We're building a best-in-class HRIS team to support our growing organization, and we need a Workday Innovator to join our ranks. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving strategic enhancements to our Workday platform and championing Lean process improvements across the HR function. As a Workday HR Administrator you will function as the subject matter expert for all HR transactions and business processes, advising in the regular Workday update and testing process, managing issues with Workday's support team, and supporting the HR functional leads. Assist with preparation for annual HR programs such as talent, performance management, open enrollment, and compensation planning, including requirements gathering & documentation, configuration updates, and testing.

This role is an onsite 4 days a week role in Burlington, MA

A Day in the Life

  • Provide consultation to HR Business Partners and HR COEs to build domain knowledge, gather requirements, and conduct impact analysis
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop long term scalable solutions
  • Create and maintain documentation on deployed functionality
  • Stay abreast of releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday and user experience
  • Manage projects and redesign processes, leveraging Workday's capabilities to minimize manual effort and maximize efficiency
  • Provide end user support and issue remediation

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Business Administration, IT/IS, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday with in depth knowledge of at least 2 of the following modules: HCM Core, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Learning, Reporting
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical
  • Prior experience leading projects and managing change is highly desired
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Workday Studio is a plus, but not required

United States Base Compensation: $114,000.00 - $143,000.00

The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience, education (including licensure and certifications),  qualifications, performance, and geographic location, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
