Principal Product Delivery Analyst – Crypto Transfer of Assets
This is an exciting time in the crypto markets, and we’re growing our team! We’re looking for motivated individuals with strong business and systems analysis skills to help deliver innovative digital capabilities for our retail crypto clients. Reporting to the Product Area Leader, you’ll collaborate closely with the squad lead responsible for building digital experiences on our mobile and Fidelity.com platforms. Your work will help clients safely transfer crypto assets on and off the platform. Together, you’ll identify and document requirements to support the seamless implementation of new digital solutions that enable our business to grow and scale.
The Role
Collaborate with team members in operations, client service, risk, business strategy, compliance, legal and technology areas.
Facilitate discussions, drive progress, and make informed decisions by understanding capabilities, objectives, requirements, and system interdependencies.
Partner with user experience designers to create intuitive solutions that improve client experiences and drive business outcomes.
Document detailed epics, user stories, test scenarios, and user acceptance test cases as well as current/future state diagrams, process flows.
Support technical teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals.
Expertise and Skills
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of demonstrating business-systems analyst techniques
Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements for digital client experiences, including test case creation and business acceptance testing.
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira is preferred.
Strong critical thinking and sound judgment.
Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional partners, including business, IT, legal, risk, and compliance teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled in negotiation and influence across all levels of an organization.
Self-starter with a passion for technology, product innovation, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Ability to identify and remove obstacles to progress.
Strong prioritization skills with a focus on client and partner needs.
Experience with digital assets is a plus.

The Fidelity Digital Assets℠ Product Delivery function drives the execution of multiple product areas and initiatives to increase business value and enhance customer satisfaction. This includes the Fidelity Crypto experience product area, which is responsible for the ongoing development and integration of key capabilities within the Fidelity Crypto digital product experience.
