The Resilient Connectivity Products group is seeking an experienced program planning professional to support our Strategic Communications portfolio. This position works collaboratively with the scheduling SME, program manager, finance, contracts, and technical leads to develop, maintain, and evaluate performance against the Program Measurement Baseline (PMB). During the program execution phase, the Program Planner is the focal point for changes and updates to the IMS.
Candidate must be able to identify and recommend insightful mitigation plans to ensure that the IMS is used by program teams as a predictive model and as a valued management tool. This position requires a highly analytical, data driven, results oriented team member that proactively seeks out data, engages stakeholders, and facilitates closure of commitments. The applicant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with governmental and customer requirements.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) compliant with government and corporate requirements, demonstrating required cost and schedule integration
- Assist with planning and cost estimation activities, performing analysis and preparing reports to ensure programs meet or exceed scheduled commitments
- Includes preparation of internal weekly and monthly program schedule review packages, as well as compliant external contractual data requirements list (CDRL) submittals
- Participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work, performing critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis, and other forms of in-depth, actionable schedule-related analysis
- Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselines
- This position will support a Central or Eastern Time Zone
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Must have scheduling experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Must have experience using scheduling software to create and maintain industry-related schedules, such as Microsoft MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software
- Experience or familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes
Qualifications We Prefer
- Prior experience balancing technical, cost, schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction
- Prior experience assisting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in planning, scheduling, and cost estimating activities
- Prior experience with Risk and Opportunity Management
- Prior experience with the Agile environment

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
