Torch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Program Scheduler providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/C3M), Mission Planning Division. The Mission Planning Division (AFLCMC/C3M) leads the development, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise Mission Planning Systems (MPS) supporting all U.S. Air Force aviation platforms. The Division delivers modular, integrated mission planning capabilities that connect operational tasking and intelligence data with aircraft avionics and aircrew mission requirements. By enabling aircrews to electronically receive and process tasking orders, intelligence inputs, target coordinates, and mission‑critical flight and weapons data, MPS enhances combat effectiveness, increases sortie generation rates, and improves aircrew readiness and survivability across the Combat Air Forces (CAF) and Mobility Air Forces (MAF).

As a Principal Program Scheduler your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO

  • Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams)

  • Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success

  • Support requirements development, plan preparation and assess ability to achieve results

  • Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management

  • Perform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Project

  • Must have and be able to maintain a Top-Secret level clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years working in the DoW sector.

Schedule: (M-F; 8-5) or customer discretion

Work Location: Onsite

Travel: Yes, 0-15%

Salary Range (only if required**):  $145,000 - $160,000

The salary range information is a general guideline only.  Several factors can influence the salary for a position including but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, geographic location, business considerations, scope and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications.
