Manage financial planning and execution for Air Force acquisition programs, including budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, EVM assessments, funding documentation, audit trails, and financial reporting. Lead systems engineering for Air Force C2ISR and sensor programs: perform portfolio reviews, trade studies, requirements and V&V, configuration and risk management, technical documentation, system integration/validation, and support lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities.

Lead development and execution of Test & Evaluation strategy for mission systems. Plan and conduct test programs, validate software against operational outcomes, assess test automation and environments, support CI/CD/DevSecOps, coordinate stakeholders, ensure compliance with DoD/USAF regulations, and brief senior leadership to accelerate capability delivery.

Lead and manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) acquisition programs for C2 systems supporting Qatar. Oversee acquisition planning, contract strategy, stakeholder coordination, program assessments, briefings, and international customer engagement. Track cost, schedule, and performance baselines, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support government program office activities, and travel CONUS/OCONUS as required.

Lead acquisition and program management for TACOS at Hanscom AFB, supporting DoD acquisition lifecycle. Provide strategy, cost/schedule/performance oversight, cloud-based tracking, Agile/DevSecOps practices, RFP/SOW development, contract guidance, risk management, and stakeholder briefings. Use CCaR/IDECS/EDA for funding and coordinate contractors and government stakeholders to ensure program health and compliance.

Lead integrated schedule management for Air Force Mission Planning Division programs: develop and communicate IMS products (GANTT charts, network diagrams), coordinate schedule activities across PMO disciplines, support requirements and plan preparation, assess schedule feasibility, provide technical schedule support, and implement corrective actions to achieve program objectives.

Provide systems engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle for C2ISR programs: requirements, architecture/MBSE, integration, testing, deployment, sustainment, risk/configuration management, and technical analyses for network/cloud/virtualized environments supporting Air Force systems.

Provide senior systems engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle for DoD C3BM efforts, translating operational requirements into technical requirements, defining architectures, driving integration/interoperability, supporting risk assessments, test and evaluation, modeling and simulation, and briefing government stakeholders. Support mission integration, cloud cost/performance projection, and DevSecOps/CI/CD practices.

Lead acquisition and program management activities for C2ISR/GNS programs: manage cost, schedule, risk, acquisition documentation, contractor deliverables, EVM/IMS correlation, and support DoD acquisition reporting and mission execution for Hanscom AFB programs.
