Lead integrated schedule management for Air Force Mission Planning Division programs: develop and communicate IMS products (GANTT charts, network diagrams), coordinate schedule activities across PMO disciplines, support requirements and plan preparation, assess schedule feasibility, provide technical schedule support, and implement corrective actions to achieve program objectives.

Lead and advise Air Force acquisition programs to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Support contract execution, prepare RFP inputs and milestone documentation, manage program risk and reports, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure compliance with DoW/Air Force acquisition policies. Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for C2ISR programs. Develop TEMPs, test plans/procedures, support certification/interoperability testing, collect/analyze test data, review engineering documentation, and train/test engineers across development and sustainment phases.

Provide systems engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle for C2ISR programs: requirements, architecture/MBSE, integration, testing, deployment, sustainment, risk/configuration management, and technical analyses for network/cloud/virtualized environments supporting Air Force systems.

Provide senior systems engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle for DoD C3BM efforts, translating operational requirements into technical requirements, defining architectures, driving integration/interoperability, supporting risk assessments, test and evaluation, modeling and simulation, and briefing government stakeholders. Support mission integration, cloud cost/performance projection, and DevSecOps/CI/CD practices.

Lead design and implementation of mission planning data architectures and interoperability for DoD/Intelligence customers. Define schemas, support MPOB and related formats, modernize data platforms (cloud, lakehouse), enable APIs/microservices, streaming/ETL pipelines, and governance. Advise on security controls, containerization, IaC, and classified operations while coordinating stakeholders and producing architectural documentation and visualizations.

Lead Test and Evaluation for the Maven Smart System: develop T&E strategy, plan and execute tests, validate software against operational outcomes, assess test automation and environments, coordinate stakeholders, ensure compliance with Department of the Air Force testing regulations, and accelerate capability delivery through integrated testing and CI/CD/DevSecOps practices.

Lead systems engineering for the Data Mission Integration Team across the acquisition lifecycle. Translate operational requirements into technical solutions, define enterprise and system-of-systems architectures, assess and mitigate capability risks, evaluate and document ICAM solutions, support test and evaluation, and produce engineering/acquisition artifacts and briefings for senior leadership. Coordinate interoperability across PEOs, mission partners, and joint/coalition stakeholders.

Lead acquisition and program management activities for C2ISR/GNS programs: manage cost, schedule, risk, acquisition documentation, contractor deliverables, EVM/IMS correlation, and support DoD acquisition reporting and mission execution for Hanscom AFB programs.

Lead configuration management for DoD programs: manage CM plans, change control, CCBs, baselines, audits, data deliverables, repositories, and prepare/support reviews and audits while collaborating with engineering and program management.

Lead and support DoD/Air Force acquisition programs: plan and execute acquisition strategies, manage risk, review schedules/EVM/IMS, develop RFP/SOW documentation, coordinate contractors and government teams, prepare acquisition reports and milestone reporting, and ensure compliance with DoD/AF acquisition policies.

Lead program-level acquisition support for AFLCMC/PEO ISR SOF programs (E7/E3), ensuring acquisition documentation, contract execution, risk management, reporting, lifecycle logistics, and compliance with DoD/AF policies.

Lead and manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) acquisition programs for C2 systems supporting Qatar. Oversee acquisition planning, contract strategy, stakeholder coordination, program assessments, briefings, and international customer engagement. Track cost, schedule, and performance baselines, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support government program office activities, and travel CONUS/OCONUS as required.

Lead requirements and test management for Air Force electronic security systems. Support IPTs, develop acquisition documents, conduct site surveys, guide test planning/execution/verification, evaluate vendor solutions, produce cost estimates, and represent the program office across stakeholders. Onsite role requiring Top-Secret clearance and significant DoD experience.

Lead systems engineering across acquisition lifecycle for USAF force protection systems: architecture, requirements, MBSE/digital engineering, trade studies, test & evaluation, integration, and sustainment. Support technical reviews, analyze interoperability, perform reliability/reproducibility studies, and produce acquisition documentation and recommendations for government stakeholders.

Support AFLCMC/ES configuration management and integrated logistics: manage technical orders, drawing packages, provisioning/NSN/DLA updates, CM actions (DRs/AFTO 22/252), CCB support, audits, inventory, and logistics analyses for hardware/software systems.
