Principal Product Manager, Partner Experience

Location: North Bethesda, MD, Boston, MA
Reports To: VP of Product

About the Role:
Xomety is seeking a Principal Product Management, Partner Experience to lead the strategy and execution for our manufacturing partner-facing products. You will be responsible for building and optimizing tools that empower thousands of manufacturers across the globe—driving quality, efficiency, and growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring Xometry’s partners have a seamless, productive, and profitable experience from onboarding to order completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the Partner Experience product domain.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and partner support teams to deeply understand the challenges and needs of manufacturers.
  • Identify key friction points in partner onboarding, quoting, fulfillment, and payment, and develop scalable product solutions.
  • Establish and track KPIs related to partner retention, NPS, fulfillment quality, and order success rates.
  • Drive product development in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Advocate for partners across the organization and ensure their voice is embedded in Xometry’s long-term strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in product management with at least 3 years leading PMs or product teams
  • Experience building B2B marketplaces, SaaS tools for supply chains, or platforms serving SMBs.
  • Proven track record of solving complex operational or logistical problems through technology.
  • Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
