At Veriforce, we help companies in high-risk industries keep their people, worksites, and supply chains safe and compliant. As a global leader in contractor and supply chain risk management, our SaaS platform simplifies contractor onboarding, credentialing, and compliance while providing powerful analytics and insights. Beyond software, we offer expert support, training, and consulting so our clients can operate with confidence. Together, we’re making workplaces safer every day.
The Principal is a critical change agent on the Sales Performance & Execution team. You will own the design and delivery of enablement programs that directly impact seller readiness, adoption, and productivity, equipping our sales organization to perform at their best.
  • This is not a passive content role. You’re building, reaching out, moving towards the gap
  • You deliver with precision. You scope realistically, communicate proactively, and finish strong
  • Your field communications are clear, concise, and action-oriented
  • You sell the change. You understand that adoption doesn’t happen because a feature went live
  • You stay calm and composed. You adapt, prioritize, and move forward

What that means day-to-day:
Change Management & Field Communications
  • Own the change management strategy for GTM with adoption plans that anticipate resistance, reinforce behavior, and measure outcomes
  • Draft and distribute clear, timely communications to the sales org: newsletters, launch announcements, process updates, policy changes, and more
  • Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Onboarding, CS, Marketing, Product, and RevOps, embedding early to represent the seller’s perspective
  • Represent enablement priorities in cross-functional planning forums; proactively flag risks or blockers

Enablement Program Delivery

  • Design and execute enablement programs, inclusive of tools, messaging, onboarding, products, etc
  • Maintain an enablement calendar and program roadmap with clear milestones, owners, and success criteria in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support SKO planning and execution in partnership with Marketing

Sales Plays & Runbooks

  • Build and maintain a library of sales plays and runbooks covering key motions: new logo pursuit, expansion, competitive displacement, vertical-specific plays; iterate based on data
  • Incorporate MEDDPICC and Veriforce’s evolving sales methodology into all content and coaching

What you’ll need to be successful:
Required
  • At least 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue programs, or a directly adjacent field (e.g., GTM programs, field marketing, product marketing, sales operations)
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management for tool, process, or policy rollouts in GTM
  • Strong written communication skills.  You can write a crisp field announcement, a persuasive executive update, and an engaging newsletter without help
  • Program management DNA: you plan backward from deadlines, track dependencies, and keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or comparable enterprise sales methodologies; comfortable coaching sellers on qualification and deal strategy
  • Collaborative, proactive interpersonal style—able to build trust quickly across functions and levels
  • Positive, accountable energy; you own your outcomes and bring others along

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Salesloft and/or Salesforce CRM—not just as a user, but as someone who has enabled others on these platforms
  • Analytical capability: ability to use CRM or BI tools to validate enablement impact, identify gaps, and prioritize effort
  • Background in B2B SaaS, online marketplaces, energy, utilities, or industrial/contractor markets

What you’ll get in return:
Here are just a few of the great reasons to join our team!
  • Work with a global team! We have colleagues and customers across North America and around the world.
  • Veriforce is a great place to work! Our leaders and team members consistently cite our culture as one of the top reasons it’s a great place to build a career.
  • Veriforce provides
    • 100% employer-paid medical and dental insurance for employees
    • Monthly contributions to Health Savings Accounts
    • A 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested
    • Outstanding time off benefits
    • Paid time off for volunteer activities
    • Remote work opportunities
All job offers will be contingent on the successful completion of a background check.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
