Design, build, and deliver learning programs focused on manager enablement, new-hire onboarding, career progression, interviewer effectiveness, and LMS-driven program measurement. Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and global L&D peers to diagnose capability gaps, create targeted interventions, manage LMS operations, and use data and AI-assisted tools to scale high-impact learning tied to business outcomes.

Guide contractors through completing safety, company, and financial assessments, drive completion rates and revenue, handle objections, identify expansion opportunities, and support platform growth while hitting monthly targets and earning uncapped commission.

Manage strategic customer relationships, lead onboarding and implementations, drive platform adoption and training, advocate customer needs across teams, and support renewal and expansion to improve safety, compliance, and contractor performance.

Partner with the executive team to design operating rhythms, translate strategy into executable plans, and drive cross-functional, high-impact initiatives to completion while ensuring accountability, visibility, and rapid resolution of organisational blockers.

Verifies customer-submitted data against uploaded documents, records accurate account and support notes, responds to email and phone inquiries, troubleshoots platform issues, resolves customer complaints, and communicates system errors while following detailed compliance procedures.

Manage end-to-end SaaS client onboarding projects from sales handoff through launch and transition to ongoing support. Coordinate Sales, Client Success, Configuration, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders while maintaining timelines, dependencies, milestones, and status visibility. Identify risks and blockers, resolve roadblocks, escalate issues, prepare teams and clients for kickoff, implementation, training, and post-launch activities, and recommend process improvements to increase onboarding consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

Lead and mentor DevOps engineers while designing, operating, and improving CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes and Kafka environments, and observability solutions. Partner with architecture, security, data, development, and product teams to improve application resiliency, uptime, performance, and operational best practices across SaaS production systems.

Lead delivery of AI-enabled workflows for contractor onboarding, credentialing, and operator compliance. Define scoped projects, metrics (cycle time, error reduction, automation, adoption, safety), partner cross-functionally, and drive customer adoption and measurable safety and efficiency improvements.

Lead GTM change management and sales enablement programs to improve seller readiness, adoption, and productivity. Design and deliver enablement content, sales plays, runbooks, and field communications; coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and RevOps; plan SKOs; measure outcomes and iterate based on CRM/BI data.
