Who we are

We're Redis. We built the product that runs the fast apps our world runs on. (If you checked the weather, used your credit card, or looked at your flight status online today, you’re welcome.) At Redis, you’ll work with the fastest, simplest technology in the business—whether you’re building it, telling its story, or selling it to our 10,000+ worldwide customers. We’re creating a faster world with simpler experiences. You in?

Why would you love this job?

We are looking for a Principal Enablement Manager, Agentic Enablement to build the operating system behind modern GTM enablement at Redis.

This role sits at the intersection of enablement strategy, business operations, technology, analytics, communications, and artificial intelligence. You will design and administer just-in-time enablement workflows, establish the measurement infrastructure for field competencies and behaviors, create a structured field communications process, support high-impact sales events such as SKO, and help the GTM organization adopt AI in practical, responsible, and measurable ways.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly operational: someone who can define the model, configure the systems, build the reporting, create repeatable processes, and partner with leaders to drive adoption. You will help move enablement from a calendar-driven model to a signal-driven, measurable, and increasingly AI-assisted operating model.

What you’ll do:

Build and operate just-in-time GTM enablement

  • Build, administer, and continuously improve just-in-time enablement workflows across the GTM technology ecosystem.

  • Translate business priorities, product launches, sales plays, performance signals, and field needs into targeted enablement experiences in existing workflows at the moment of need.

  • Establish operating processes for intake, prioritization, design, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of enablement programs.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and regional leaders to deliver the right enablement to the right audience at the right time.

  • Help define and maintain the enablement technology roadmap, including integrations, governance, data quality, permissions, and system administration.

  • Create scalable mechanisms for surfacing enablement recommendations based on role, stage, skill gaps, pipeline context, business priorities, and observed behaviors.

Develop measurement strategies and reporting

  • Define a measurement framework for GTM competencies, skills, and behaviors across roles and segments.

  • Develop reporting views and dashboards that give enablement, sales, and business leaders visibility into readiness, adoption, proficiency, and field execution.

  • Establish leading and lagging indicators that connect enablement activity to meaningful business outcomes, including behavior change, pipeline generation, pipeline progression, ramp time, productivity, and revenue performance.

  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and sales leaders to improve data quality, source-of-truth definitions, and reporting consistency.

  • Build mechanisms to identify skill gaps and prioritize interventions at the individual, team, segment, and organizational levels.

  • Create regular operating rhythms for reviewing insights, communicating findings, and turning measurement into action.

Establish and operate field communications

  • Design and run a structured field communications process that reduces noise, improves clarity, and helps GTM teams act on the information that matters most.

  • Define communication standards, channels, audiences, ownership, governance, and service-level expectations.

  • Build an integrated communications calendar in partnership with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and regional stakeholders.

  • Develop segmentation and targeting practices so communications are relevant to role, region, customer segment, and business priority.

  • Measure communication reach, engagement, comprehension, and downstream action; use insights to continuously improve the operating model.

Support SKO and major GTM moments

  • Support the development and operational execution of Sales Kickoff general session content and other high-visibility GTM events.

  • Partner with executive speakers and cross-functional content owners to shape narratives, learning objectives, audience outcomes, and calls to action.

  • Build content development plans, timelines, review processes, speaker preparation materials, and delivery standards.

  • Help connect general session messaging to follow-on enablement, manager reinforcement, field communications, and measurement.

  • Bring an enablement and audience-experience lens to complex programs with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

Enable the GTM team to leverage AI

  • Develop practical guidance, learning experiences, workflows, and use cases that help GTM teams use AI effectively and responsibly.

  • Identify high-value opportunities for AI to improve productivity, customer engagement, preparation, coaching, content discovery, forecasting, and execution.

  • Partner with IT, Security, Legal, Data, Operations, and functional leaders to establish appropriate AI governance, adoption standards, and change-management practices.

  • Build role-based AI enablement for sellers, frontline managers, customer success professionals, marketers, and GTM leaders.

  • Help teams evaluate AI outputs critically, protect confidential information, maintain customer trust, and apply sound judgment.

  • Establish adoption and impact measures to understand whether AI is improving the quality, speed, and effectiveness of GTM work.

What will you need to have?

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM enablement, enablement operations, sales operations, revenue operations, learning operations, business operations, or a related field.

  • Experience building and operating enablement programs, systems, workflows, and processes in a complex B2B technology organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop measurement frameworks and reporting that connect skills, behaviors, and program adoption to business outcomes.

  • Strong experience with enablement technology, CRM data, learning systems, sales productivity tools, analytics platforms, or related GTM systems.

  • Experience designing structured internal communications programs for a distributed or multi-segment field organization.

  • Experience supporting executive-level events, Sales Kickoff, company meetings, or other high-visibility programs.

  • Practical experience applying generative AI to enablement, sales, operations, productivity, or knowledge management.

  • Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to manage ambiguity, dependencies, deadlines, and multiple senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear actions.

  • A systems-thinking mindset and a bias toward scalable, repeatable, measurable solutions.

  • Comfort operating hands-on while also influencing strategy across functions and levels of the organization.

Extra great if you have:

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS, cloud, data, infrastructure, developer tools, or enterprise technology company.

  • Experience with signal-driven or adaptive enablement models.

  • Experience with competency frameworks, skill taxonomies, behavioral measurement, call intelligence, coaching, or performance analytics.

  • Experience administering or integrating platforms such as CRM, LMS, sales readiness, conversation intelligence, internal communications, knowledge management, or business intelligence tools.

  • Experience creating AI adoption strategies, prompt libraries, agentic workflows, or role-based AI learning programs.

  • Familiarity with change management, adult learning principles, instructional design, and reinforcement strategies.
