- Strategic Leadership in ML, NLP, and Generative AI: Lead the formulation and execution of strategic plans to enhance NLP and Generative AI technologies across client engagements and in- house product development. Drive innovation and establish best practices for the modeling, development, and lifecycle management of AI models. Set a clear technical direction that propels the data science team towards key objectives, ensuring optimal deployment and our competitive edge in AI-driven solutions.
- AI/ML Model Engineering: Take charge of the end-to-end design and development of specialized ML, Gen AI, and LLM models for both batch and real-time data processing. This includes managing the entire data lifecycle, incorporating advanced techniques like Conversational AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM agent, Multi-agent Systems (MAS), and customizing training of Large Language Models (LLMs) for the development of client specific private GPTs. Ensure models meet both technical specifications and business objectives, facilitating models that are not only cutting-edge but also tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
- Innovation in Product Architecture: Spearhead the development of proprietary GenAI and NLP products, from initial concept to launch. Design and implement the company’s technical infrastructure, including cloud solutions and CI/CD practices, to support scalable AI product development.
- Collaborative Engagement: Foster strong collaboration among the data science team, product development, sales teams, and clients to ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions into client projects. Engage directly with clients to ensure that AI initiatives are aligned with their business needs, creating robust partnerships, and ensuring the success of projects.
- Talent Cultivation and Mentorship: Actively recruit, develop, and mentor talent within the data science team, focusing on AI/ML, NLP, LLM, and Gen AI expertise. Provide expert mentorship to emerging ML scientists, enhancing their skills and professional development.
