The Role
As a Principal Business Consultant in our Quality Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Our Quality Practice supports global Operations teams in delivering safe and effective products efficiently to more patients. We focus on Quality process and operating model improvement spanning Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Training across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer products. Our team is growing rapidly. As a Principal, you will contribute to our growth by owning a strategic growth area, help us build a team, and oversee selling and delivering of consulting programs.

What You'll Do

  • Project Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams
  • Strategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for the Quality Practice, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+
  • People Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice
  • Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Quality to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences
  • Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
  • Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
  • Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape
  • Leadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Knowledge of Veeva products
  • Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Compensation

  • Base pay: $120,000 - $250,000  
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
