Roles and Responsibilities
The Pre-Sales Commercialization and Go To Market team for Corporate Solutions is the connective tissue between global product and regional execution, ensuring business development teams have what they need to translate product strategy to revenue generation
• Engagement Strategy and Narrative
o Evolve and operationalize the business narrative, ensuring it drives strategic alignment and execution across the organization
o Support Corporate Solutions' external narrative oversight in partnership with Investor Relations, including earnings preparation and other investor-facing moments (e.g., ICM), ensuring themes are strategically present and grounded in the most important proof points
o Oversee sales pipeline and wins review to identify where case studies, client stories, and proof points should be developed to support external engagement and internal education
o Develop strategy and execution plans to launch and accelerate product adoption, delivering a seamless "One Mastercard" experience for clients• Sales Readiness and Execution
o Support on creation of high-impact sales assets geared to target personas (pitch decks, case studies, demos, and GTM / solution sales playbooks) that translate product capabilities into compelling commercial storytelling in partnership with solutions collateral lead
o Evaluate the effectiveness of enablement efforts through product adoption, sales engagement, and performance indicators and use success metrics to continuously refine narrative
o Drive narrative alignment and content hygiene across the sales repository (e.g., Seismic), ensuring consistency, quality, and ease of use for sellers
o Scale sales effectiveness moments (e.g., sales kick-offs, enablement programs), tracking training completion and pass rates and continuously improving materials based on field feedback and adoption data
o Support GTM governance forums and routines (launch readiness, deal governance, adoption reviews) to surface issues early and drive course correction
• Integrated Go To Market
o Partner with Marketing to drive client engagement and demand generation, aligning business strategy to campaign execution and ensuring coherence across thought leadership, campaigns, and sales motions
o Collaborate with Marketing on client event strategy, integrated campaigns, and always-on demand generation efforts
o Oversee prioritization and alignment of marketing investment to ensure tight linkage to strategic priorities, product deliverables and sales motions
Requirements • Experience crafting clear narratives and impactful client value propositions • Experience managing Salesforce data input / sales pipeline, reporting, hygiene, for a high performing, global sales organization • Experience in partnering with Marketing and Communications to execute strategy, lead generation efforts, and impact reporting • Experience partnering with or on global business development, sales enablement and operation teams • Self-starter that works autonomously and takes initiative. The perfect person for this role independently identifies organizational / process gaps and takes it upon themselves to create a solution • Strong business judgement, influencing skills, leadership and integrity• High EQ and collaborative team player who can drive consensus and build trusted relationships with business stakeholders • No task is to big too or too small mindset

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
