  • Support pipeline growth through technical validation and credibility.

Innovation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Attend R&D sprint reviews to stay informed on new features and product developments.

  • Provide structured feedback from customers and the market to Product & R&D.

  • Actively share knowledge within the sales team regarding new functionalities and evolving possibilities in Ultimo software.

  • Continuously refine demo approaches, positioning, and storytelling to reflect market trends.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems as well as asset intensive industries.

  • Ability to bridge technical depth with commercial impact.

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
