Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time remote documentation support to physicians and advanced practice providers during patient encounters
- Accurately transcribe medical histories, review of systems, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans into electronic health records, allowing providers to focus on patient care
- Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and timely while maintaining strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards
- This role requires strong medical terminology knowledge, excellent listening and typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Medical Knowledge - Solid understanding of medical terminology
