About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PPM Business Analyst with deep Project Portfolio Management (PPM) expertise and hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Jira to help accelerate the adoption of rOar PPM across the organization.

This role will play a critical part in standardizing project management processes, improving adoption at scale, and creating a seamless self-service onboarding and training experience for agencies. The successful candidate will quickly become a subject matter expert on rOar PPM and serve as a trusted partner to agencies, Product teams, project leaders, and other stakeholders.

A key focus of the role will be developing and continuously enhancing a scalable “rOar PPM Starter Kit” consisting of training materials, process guides, videos, templates, SOPs, FAQs, and best practices. The goal is to enable agencies to successfully adopt and utilize rOar with minimal ongoing support.

Key ResponsibilitiesPPM Subject Matter Expertise
  • Become a trusted advisor on agency project management processes, workflows, and PPM best practices.
  • Leverage hands-on Adobe Workfront and Jira experience to identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and automation.
  • Understand how agencies plan, estimate, execute, track, resource, govern, and report on projects and portfolios.
  • Translate project and portfolio management best practices into scalable rOar processes.
  • Partner with Product and technical teams to align platform capabilities with business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project governance, reporting, resource management, and financial visibility.
Drive rOar Adoption & Change Management
  • Analyze agency onboarding journeys and identify barriers to adoption.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that simplify the onboarding and user experience.
  • Develop repeatable onboarding frameworks, implementation playbooks, and adoption strategies.
  • Support agency rollouts through discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and user enablement activities.
  • Gather feedback from end users and incorporate insights into training, process, and adoption strategies.
  • Serve as a bridge between business users, agencies, Product, and technical teams.
Training & Enablement
  • Design, build, and continuously maintain the rOar PPM Starter Kit.
  • Develop role-specific training and enablement materials for:
    • Project Managers
    • Agency Administrators

  • Create:
    • Quick-start guides
    • Process documentation
    • Standard Operating Procedures

  • Develop short-form video tutorials, product walkthroughs, and role-based learning paths.
  • Ensure content is practical, engaging, scalable, and easy for agencies to consume independently.
  • Continuously update training and documentation as processes and platform capabilities evolve.
Business Process Analysis
  • Document current-state and future-state project management and PPM processes.
  • Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, duplicate activities, process gaps, and opportunities for automation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and recommendations.
  • Partner with technical teams to support platform enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements.
  • Develop process maps, documentation, and business requirements that support scalable PPM adoption.
Required QualificationsExperience
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO, Project Management, PPM Consulting, Change Enablement, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Jira experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide PPM implementations, transformations, or technology adoption initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience creating training programs, process documentation, enablement materials, and user guides.
  • Experience facilitating business workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering meetings.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

  • Ability to translate business needs into practical system and process solutions.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Adobe Workfront certification.
  • Jira certification.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, creative, digital, media, or professional services organizations.
  • Experience creating instructional videos using Camtasia, Loom, Synthesia, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
  • Experience working within a global matrix organization.
  • Experience supporting enterprise change management, digital transformation, or platform adoption programs.
  • Experience developing self-service learning ecosystems or knowledge-management resources.
