Own PPM business analysis, process standardization, platform adoption, and change enablement using Adobe Workfront and Jira. Develop scalable onboarding frameworks, training materials, process documentation, SOPs, templates, videos, and self-service resources. Analyze current and future-state workflows, gather requirements, facilitate workshops, improve governance and reporting, and partner with Product and technical teams on platform enhancements, integrations, and automation across agencies.

Provide on-call administrative and facility support across client sites: process mail and shipping, operate reprographics equipment, maintain office supplies and meeting rooms, welcome guests, handle calls, and perform light maintenance while delivering professional customer service.

Leads net-new enterprise sales for outsourcing, managed services, document management, transaction processing, and technology-enabled business solutions. Develops executive relationships, creates and closes complex multi-year opportunities exceeding $10 million, manages long sales cycles, leads cross-functional pursuit teams, and drives pipeline, forecasting, negotiations, and revenue growth across financial services, insurance, and regulated industries.
