Provides floating office support across client sites, including mail and package handling, shipping, printing, scanning, binding, supply restocking, meeting room setup, front desk reception, visitor management, and administrative assistance. Delivers professional customer service while maintaining office organization and following shipping procedures. Requires reliable transportation for travel within an assigned regional area and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently.

Own PPM business analysis, process standardization, platform adoption, and change enablement using Adobe Workfront and Jira. Develop scalable onboarding frameworks, training materials, process documentation, SOPs, templates, videos, and self-service resources. Analyze current and future-state workflows, gather requirements, facilitate workshops, improve governance and reporting, and partner with Product and technical teams on platform enhancements, integrations, and automation across agencies.

Provide on-call administrative and facility support across client sites: process mail and shipping, operate reprographics equipment, maintain office supplies and meeting rooms, welcome guests, handle calls, and perform light maintenance while delivering professional customer service.
